PC and Laptop repair and computer service
Multitronic provides computer repairs, maintenance and other technical services at several locations. We help with problems affecting both laptops and desktop computers, hardware upgrades, software installations and building new computers. You can bring your device to your nearest Multitronic store for inspection.
Free diagnostics
We provide free diagnostics for devices. We inspect the problem with your computer, phone or tablet and explain what is required to repair it. You will also receive an estimate of the required work and costs before deciding whether to proceed with the repair.
Desktop and laptop repairs
We repair a wide range of faults affecting desktop and laptop computers. We can help with startup problems, broken displays, network problems, hardware faults and other issues affecting your computer. Even a laptop that has suffered liquid damage may be worth inspecting before replacing the device.
Once the fault has been diagnosed, we will explain what can be done and provide an estimate of the repair cost.
Computer upgrades and component installation
An older computer does not always need to be replaced. We can improve its performance by adding memory, replacing the storage drive with an SSD or upgrading other components. We can also help you choose compatible parts and install them.
Software installation and data transfer
We can help install operating systems, security software, Microsoft Office and other applications. Our services also include data backup, transfer and recovery, as well as reinstalling your computer with the required updates.
PC assembly
You can purchase your computer components from Multitronic and have us assemble the computer ready for use. We check component compatibility, build the computer and test the complete system before handing it over to you.
Apple service

iPhone repair
Our services include iPhone screen replacements, battery replacements and other iPhone repairs. If your iPhone has a broken screen, reduced battery performance or another problem, you can bring it to Multitronic for inspection.
MacBook and Mac repair
We also service MacBook laptops and other Mac computers. We can diagnose and repair hardware faults, battery problems, display problems and other technical issues.
Other Apple devices
You can also bring other Apple devices in for service. We will inspect the device and explain the available service options before starting any repairs.

When you leave your device with us for service, you will receive a link to Multitronic's Service Tracker. It allows you to follow the progress of your repair, view information about the service case and check whether any approval or other action is required from you.
